Currently, we are on the lookout for a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various digital projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that these projects are completed on time, stay within scope, and adhere to budgetary constraints.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprised of talented professionals from areas such as design, development, marketing, and various key stakeholders. This position demands a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills, as you will need to coordinate efforts across different departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules.
- Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
- Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.
- Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Using content management systems and project management software.
- Keeping abreast of developments in digital industry.
Compensation:
- R10000 - R20000 per month depending on experience.
- 40 days of paid leave per year
- Fully remote working

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects (Mandatory)
- Previous experience managing websites.
- Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar
- A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Comfortable in leading communications or content delivery requirements
- Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A high level of English speaking and communication skills
- Consistent project management methods
- Strong use of digital project management tools.
- An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products.
- Basic understanding of digital / technical skills, such as coding, CMS, LMS systems
